The Spa Operations Manager is a new dynamic role at The Spa at Ashford

This is an exceptional opportunity for an Assistant / Spa Manager who wishes to grow into a high calibre role within the 5 star industry, with the support and guidance of the Director of Spa and Wellness. This position will be supported by the Director of Spa & Wellness; the successful person will be accountable and take ownership of the running the spa on a day to day basis and directly managing the Spa team.

Ensuring the exceptional guest service delivery of a ‘Forbes 5 star hotel’.
Managing our people and performance to a 5 star standard.
Focus on team development and training.
Managing sales, budgets and marketing strategies
Efficient communications.
You must have uncompromising enthusiasm, true spa professionalism and be able to inspire our ready-made team to enhance and develop the business, enhance their skills and motivate them to excel with the best guest service delivery.
