Rate of pay: 

Front Desk Agent $13.00 per hour, $16.00 as a supervisor The management feels that each employee in the Rooms department should be familiar with all aspects of the operation due to the ever-changing nature of the hospitality business. Therefore, the intern will be required to cross-train in each position and should expect that a traditional rotation from one department to another will occur exactly as scheduled. However, over the course of the training program, the intern will be exposed to each department listed for the approximate amount of time.

After three (3) months of continuous service, holiday pay is offered (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day). Benefits also include free uniforms, discounted room nights in Crestline Hotels and Resorts, and one complimentary meal per day during your shift.
