Duties & responsibilities:
Culinary production
- Carrying out preliminary preparations.
- Creation of recipes from technical sheets.
- Creation of dishes according to the menu and orders.
- Checking preparations (tasting, analysis and correction).
Supply and storage
- Drawing up a provisional list of products required for the production.
- Carrying out inventories.
- Storing foodstuffs according to the methods prescribed in the establishment.
- Receiving and checking the quantity and quality of deliveries.
Hygiene and safety
- Applying the hygiene and safety rules in force.
- Checking the tidying up and storage of products and materials in accordance with the instructions and legislation in force.
- Wearing professional clothing in accordance with health and safety legislation.
