The Loss Prevention Manager ensures a safe environment for the hotel staff and guests and protects the assets of the hotel.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that the Hotel and its employees and guests are protected at all times.
• Practice emergency procedures in compliance with hotel/company standards; direct hotel emergency situations as needed.
• Ensure security measures are in place. Adhere to hotel requirements for guest/employee accidents or injuries and in emergency situations.
• Ensure thorough and complete investigation for all incidents (losses, thefts, accidents, etc.) incurred by guests and employees.
• Ensure that sufficient Loss Prevention staffing is present to meet the daily business demands.
• Prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts.
