-Min. 10 years’ experience in Human Resource field from Hospitality Background
-Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
-Responsible full spectrum of HR functions in Middle East: Manpower planning, recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, staff welfare, grievances & disciplinary issue.
-Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Resolving day to day operational queries from the employees.
Managing payroll additions and deductions in coordination with the Accounts Team.
