General Job Duties
- Facilitate front desk staff operations and provide smooth service to guests.
- Prepare guest requests and liaise with relevant departments.
- Provide appropriate response and follow-up to guest complaints, inquiries, and comments.
- Keep the lobby area clean and well maintained at all times.
- Contribute to room revenue through room upsells.
- Review and process guest comments and online feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within an international hotel is not required but preferred
- Business level English proficiency
- Pre-opening hotel experience is not required but welcomed
