General Job Duties
  • Facilitate front desk staff operations and provide smooth service to guests.
  • Prepare guest requests and liaise with relevant departments.
  • Provide appropriate response and follow-up to guest complaints, inquiries, and comments.
  • Keep the lobby area clean and well maintained at all times.
  • Contribute to room revenue through room upsells.
  • Review and process guest comments and online feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within an international hotel is not required but preferred
  • Business level English proficiency
  • Pre-opening hotel experience is not required but welcomed

  • All Insurance Included (Unemployment, Pension, Workers' Accident Comp., Health)
