Assists the Restaurant manager and Assistant restaurant manager in the day-to-day operations and smooth running of the restaurants as independently profitable units. Maintains the quality of the product and the service standards in accordance to the hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
Leads, motivates, coaches and mentors the staff under their direct supervision to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and revenue.
Assists the Restaurant manager and the Assistant restaurant manager in training the staff, set performance standards for guest service, and oversee the quality of the guests dining experience.
- Vocational or Technical certificate or diploma in the related field
- Minimum 1 - 3 years in a similar position in an international hotel environment
- Able to handle demanding workload
