Job Brief
Floor Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the frontline staff and ensuring they follow protocols and procedures while providing high-quality service to customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervises the cleaning and maintenance of equipment, immediately reporting any defects.
• Eliminates all work hazards to employees and also checks on safety and fire regulations.
• Supervises the appearance and good manners of the employees and secures their cooperation.
• Ensures that there is ample stock of guest amenities, chemicals and all other items required by the department.
• To possess a general knowledge of guest room activities.
• Knows how to use the chemicals and cleaning equipment/Machines.
• Teaches and trains subordinates continuously in order to upgrade quality and production in a professional way.
• Maintains the high standard of quality provided to guests and other departments.
• Ensures all procedures are followed properly.
• Must be always in good communication with other departments.
• Checks work done to ensure quality.
• Establishes and maintains effective employee relationships of the staff.
Candidate's profile:
NC3 in Housekeeping or any other relevant qualifications.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position.
Fluent in communication English and French both written and verbal.
Team player.
