You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests and employees:

  • You will be responsible for providing global business process ownership surrounding the CRM platform to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • You’ll also lead various operational communities to align the hotels but also to receive information and feedback from local operations. You will provide business process direction and recommendations for more effective system utilisation and to be more guest centric.
  • You will travel to the hotels throughout the year building relationships, gaining insight and launching projects.
  • Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Global Guest Intelligence Manager you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy. 
  • You will own the handover processes between the Global Contact Centre and the hotels, track and communicate KPIs and Global reporting and lead new Guest Experience initiatives in the hotels.
