What will be your main responsibilities and duties:
Ensure the smooth running of the business during duty management shift;
Keep track of monthly, quarterly and yearly goals;
Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies;
Uphold and enforce company policies;
Effective problem resolution;
Train new hires;
Address employee complaints or performance issues as needed;
Check in with employees regularly to determine satisfaction;
Help management create the department’s budget;
Address customer issues and complaints;
What you will bring to us:
Excellent communication and organization skills;
Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in an European country;
Reading, writing and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English.
