Main Duties/Description:
- Supervise the entire culinary team in your outlet.
- Assist with creating menu recipes, creating specials, and completion of inventory orders
- Lead the charge on all standards, train employees on standards and menus, recipes, and cooking procedures.
- To work closely with all chefs in relation to the kitchen and the rest of the culinary/F&B team.
- Must be able to obtain any required food handling and/or sanitation certifications required by local or state agencies.
- Complete performance evaluations for supervisor and line staff.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-5 years of culinary experience in 5 Star Luxury Hotel, fast-paced environment.
- With an Arabic Cuisine background
- Good communication skills and experience in using/working with a computer
- High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within team
- Banquets experience is a plus.
