We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Concierge Agent (Osobní průvodce VIP hostů) to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Prague.

About the job

As a Concierge Agent, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for our esteemed guests. You will be the ambassador of our hotel, providing impeccable service, personalized recommendations, and attention to detail that exceed our guests' expectations. Your extensive knowledge of Prague and its surrounding areas will enable you to create unique itineraries and offer valuable insights, ensuring our guests make the most of their stay.

This role is associated with a lifestyle, luxury, and opportunities to meet various personalities and celebrities. It requires a high level of professionalism, destination knowledge and a willingness to provide first-class services and experiences to guests. You will work with some of the best concierge experts in hospitality.

Responsibilities:

•  Provide a warm and personalized welcome, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive
• Offer expert advice and recommendations on local attractions, dining options, entertainment, and cultural events
• Coordinate transportation arrangements, including airport transfers, car rentals, and private chauffeur services
• Assist guests with ticket reservations, tour bookings, and cultural experiences, tailoring recommendations to individual preferences
• Arrange special requests and amenities, such as floral arrangements, spa treatments, and in-room dining
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and promotions to effectively address guest inquiries
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and diplomatically, striving to turn challenges into opportunities for guest satisfaction

About You

You will be ideally a professional who is warm, hospitable, organized, driven with a great communication style appealing to our guests and employees.  You will be a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a unique and memorable experience. Love for our capital city and the Czech Republic will definitely help you to actively sell and promote all the activities offered.

Qualifications in detail:

• Previous experience as a Concierge Agent in a five star luxury hotel or a similar customer service role is highly desirable
• Deep knowledge of Prague's attractions, landmarks, cultural events, and dining scene is essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Czech (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work AM and PM shifts, weekends and holidays
• Genuine passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests
• Attention to details and a polished, professional demeanor
