About our Restaurant:

The stylish restaurant and bar CottoCrudo has a unique view on the Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge. CottoCrudo means “cooked and raw” and introduces a new dining and lounge concept where classic service meets the innovative trends.

About You

You will ideally have a special talent and passion for ensuring you deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience. 

Qualifications in detail:

• Minimum 3 years of cooking experience in the hotel/restaurant environment.
  
  
• Fluent in English. Czech language is an advantage.
  
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation.
  
  
• Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine (Italian cuisine in particular) – a strong asset.
  
  
• Knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP.
  
  
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays.
  
  
• Must have EU work authorization.
  
  

What to Expect

This position is offered for a define period of time of 12 months with a possible unlimited extend based on your performance. Your trial period will be 3 months. Feedback is a key; therefore, you will be asked to give your feedback on regular basis and you will also have an informal chat with your manager and trainer.
