Front Desk Supervisor Full Time

The Front Desk Supervisor directs staff that performs the following duties and will also perform these duties on own: welcomes and registers residence club owners and guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of owner and guest requests by accurately assessing the owner or guest needs and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
The Key to Success
The ideal candidate will have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The candidate must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. Previous Front Office and Reservations experience preferred. Knowledge of San Diego is a plus.
