Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Host/ess to join our Italian restaurant CottoCrudo. CottoCrudo Restaurant requires to have a communicative person, who is able to react on guest's wishes immediately and in a quality that exceeds guest’s expectation.

About the Job

The stylish restaurant and bar CottoCrudo has a unique view on the Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge. CottoCrudo means “cooked and raw” and introduces a new dining and lounge concept where classic service meets the innovative trends.

You will be welcoming guests and taking care of them during their visit in cooperation with a team of servers. You will be responsible for the reservations that are going through the reservation system or via the phone. You will be in a close contact with our Front Desk, Kitchen and S&M team to ensure a memorable experience is created for each guest. 

About You

You will ideally have a warm and pleasant personality with a professional behavior and active attitude to all guests. You will be an Ambassador of the CottoCrudo restaurant so the guest’s needs have to be a top priority for you.

Qualifications in detail:

• Previous experience in a similar position in a fine dining restaurant or in a hotel environment is a plus.
  
  
• A hospitality approach and passion for service.
  
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation.
  
  
• Outstanding communications skills. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Czech languages is required.  
  
  
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. AM & PM shifts for 8,5 hour, 5 days per week.
  
  
• Working computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, Internet and Micros.
  
  
• Must have EU work authorization.
  
  

What to Expect

This position is offered for a definite period of time of 12 months with a possible unlimited extension based on your performance. Your trial period will be 3 months. Feedback is a key; therefore, you will be asked to give your feedback on a regular basis and you will also have an informal chat with your manager and trainer.
