The Pastry Chef de Partie role:
This position will assist the Pastry Team in the preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintain the smooth running of the operation.
The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will have:
· Have at least 1 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie
· A good understanding and practical knowledge of Pastry section
· Commitment to teamwork and good communication skills
