Four Seasons, one of the world’s most luxurious hotel brands, is searching for an experienced Revenue Manager to join the highly successful Sales & Marketing leadership team in our largest property based in Sydney, located on the picturesque Sydney Harbour.

Working closely with and reporting to the Director of Revenue Strategy, the critical role of Revenue Manager is charged with assisting to drive and manage Hotel revenue strategies across all channels, in order to ensure budgeted expectations are achieved. 

Key to the role is utilising your business and financial acumen, combined with your solid strategic and analytical skills in order to condense complex data into meaningful strategy that can be understood and executed by various parties at all levels to further grow and maintain the market position of the property, continuing to be known as the premier deluxe hotel in Sydney. 

To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will have a hunger for results, thrive on solving problems, will enjoy the challenge of multi-tasking whilst meeting tight deadlines and have a collaborative style that will build strong relations within the Sales & Marketing Division, key hotel departments and with external stakeholders/clients.

Key Components:

  • Interpret business analytics into meaningful action to improve performance
  • Leverage IDeaS revenue management system in conjunction with constant market tracking
  • Manage rates and inventory in all distribution channels
  • Initiate pricing analysis and recommendations
  • Ownership of local merchandising strategies in distribution channels
  • Support weekly Revenue Strategy meetings
  • Total revenue management including conference catering and restaurant


Key Attributes:

  • A strong working knowledge of computer applications including excel and pivot tables, with IDeaS and Opera knowledge preferred
  • Must be able to condense complex data into meaningful strategy that can be understood and executed by various parties at all levels
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and problem solving skills
  • A collaborative style that will build strong relations with the Sales & Marketing Division, key Hotel departments and external stakeholders/clients
