The Global Marketing team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton's portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results.

What will I be doing?

The Senior Analyst, Hotel Digital Content, will help support hotels to elevate their digital presence by developing content and publishing resources for our 6000+ hotels globally. You will partner with the internal partners of hotels, cross-functional corporate teams, and agency partners to identify and execute opportunities that allow hotels to inspire and convert consumers through consistent, timely and locally-relevant content. You will report to the Director, Hotel Digital Strategy and will work very closely with the brand marketing, social, legal and digital content teams to deliver an outstanding product.

More specifically, you will:

  • Develop and maintain strategic guidance to inform hotel usage of their social accounts, including marketing strategy playbooks, content pillars, brand-specific toolkits, content guidance and legal resources
  • Create and manage a hotel social content calendar that captures both corporate and hotel priorities
  • Distribute social assets to hotels via internal tools/platforms, and maintain asset library
  • Develop and distribute organic social media creative campaigns and assets as appropriate, ensuring all results are on-brand
  • Train corporate and hotel team members on key resources, to drive adoption
  • Track performance of resources, using results to help refine strategies

What are we looking for?

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms
  •  Strong project management skills and strong attention to detail, with demonstrated success handling multiple projects simultaneously from conception through to completion, ensuring deadlines and results are met

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, social media, content marketing or a related field
  • Two (2) years of experience working on a cross-functional project team, which may include participants in brand marketing, creative, and/or external agency/vendor partners
  • Experience creating guidance/resources/tool-kits for internal partners
  • Travel: up to 15%

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience working within a matrixed environment
  • Experience with Sprinklr or similar social media management software (SMMS)
  • Experience working in a hospitality, retail or CPG environment
  • Experience working with a Photoshop, Canva or other content creation software
