Summary
- To establish an annual and fully integrated communications programme with measurable objectives, strategies and action steps, and monitor progress on a monthly basis.
- To maximise targeted publicity and coverage of the hotel’s positioning, promotional programmes, corporate image building and other relevant activities.
- To identify and work with targeted partners such as luxury brands, credit card companies, banks, airlines, charitable organizations, etc. to support the marketing objectives.
- To ensure all hotel advertising and collateral (local Food and Beverage, Spa, recruitment, etc.) are of consistent high standards, and that they comply with Hyatt brand standards.
- To closely work with Revenue Manager / Analyst to maximise use of relevant data including customer profile, behaviour, and yield for the planning and evaluation of marketing communications.
- To promote corporate programmes, Hyatt sub brands and sister hotels.
- To serve as the Webmaster for hotel’s Webpage and Internet related exposure and advertising, maximise online business, and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Supervises the internal arrangements for photojournalists and media on assignment at the hotel.
- Answers to all press inquiries, ensuring only relevant and accurate information have been released to the press.
- Directs press relations including preparation of news releases and feature articles, making arrangements for interviews and photo and video shootings between company and press, radio, and television representatives.
- Luxury Hotel working experience is preferred.
- Has digital and PR related working experience
