We are seeking a motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As part of a team of five managers, including the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and three Assistant Managers, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our restaurant.
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and maintaining service excellence.
- Support and train restaurant staff to ensure high performance.
- Manage inventory and monitor stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Uphold health and safety regulations.
- Assist in implementing cost-control measures.
- €4,200 (13,000 Saudi Riyal) + service charges

À propos de vous
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
