Client Advisor

(German & English mandatory)

As ambassador of the Brand, you will participate actively in the development of our sales in Jewellery, Watches and Accessories. You will also take care of the back office, after-sales service, inventory and support activities.


In this role, you will participate actively in the development of our sales in Jewelry, Watches and Leather Goods. Your aim will be to offer a unique client experience, guarantying an excellent quality of the service and providing customized advices. You will manage autonomously sales activities related to all product categories, achieving quantitative and qualitative sales objectives. You will develop and engage new customers by introducing them to the brand through a discovery.

To achieve to the store KPI’s, you will contribute to apply all sales related procedures and guidelines and guarantee best product display in the store. You will be responsible to support the customer during the whole sales ceremony and develop networking through events and new initiatives.

Furthermore, you will realize personalized CRM actions: contact clients, record actions into the system and ensure follow-up in order to develop clients’ purposes. 

You will also contribute to back office activities, after-sales service, and inventory and support activities from customer welcome to payment and packaging.


You have at least 7 to 10 years of working experience in a similar position, in a high-end luxury boutique.

Passionate by the jewelry, watches and accessories, you have excellent selling skills. You have developed an excellent networking and you are able to build truthful relationships with your clients and team. You use easily Microsoft Office suite and have strong knowledge of SAP. Finally, you are fluent in German and in English; Swiss German is a great plus and any other languages would be a distinct advantage.

Client-focused and team player, you strive to discover your client needs and guide them with passion across the Brand. Sales-driven, your excellent communication skills allow you to perform in your daily activities and maintain effective relationship with customers. You are flexible and rigorous and you work in an organized and structure manner even in case of multitasking. You create a positive and harmonious work environment.
