It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will take full responsibility for all aspects of the front office hotel operation being pro-active, creative and results driven and act on behalf of the Rooms Division EXCO member.

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient operation of Front Office which includes the Front Desk and Butler departments.  Plan, organize, and motivate Duty Managers to excel in delivering Legendary Quality Experience and brand quality service to all guests. 

The Front Office Manager reports directly to the Resort Manager and is responsible for supervising the Duty Managers.
