We are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our great team in Prague.
You will play a key role in our Front Office team to support the luxury experience our guests from around the world enjoy at one of the Prague’s best hotels.
You will assist the Front Office Manager with the implementation of the FO Business strategies, ensuring proactive leadership for Reception, Concierge and Bellman teams in order to meet and exceed our guest’s expectations, enhancing our reputation for excellence
To assist the Front Office Manager in implementing and maintaining the Legendary Quality Standards throughout the Front of House Department
To assist the Front Office Manager with the implementation of LQEs and MOQA action plans for service delivery objectives in order to meet and exceed our guest’s expectations
To perform supervision of the Front of House Department in the absence of the Front Office Manager, ensuring consistency in service delivery according to our guest expectations
To assist the Front Office Manager with the successful implementation of the Training Concept and employee development in order to promote a climate of enthusiasm and encouragement
To encourage effective, efficient interdepartmental communication in order to promote a positive working environment
To ensure full knowledge of yield strategies by the reception team
To assist with the maximisation of room yield and the handling of the overbooking strategy, closely liasing with the Front Office Manager and the Reservations team
To support the accounts department by responding accurately and efficiently with all queries relating to Front Office
You must be passionate about guest service, have a previous experience in the same role from a luxury environment and have outstanding interpersonal skills with an energetic and vibrant personality. You must have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English and Czech.
