Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide guests access to all what our resort and Lake Como have to offer via e-mail and phone call
- Create special conversations with guests, which identify personal preferences in order to record in each guest's profile history
- Have an in-depth knowledge of directions, travel time, cost and various forms of transportation
- Answer to guest queries by e-mail demonstrating first-hand knowledge, meticulous research and local expertise through description and superb recommendation within or outside the hotel
- Provide guests with a confirmation e-mail for dining reservations, transportation, theatre tickets, etc.
- Organize all transportation requirements for hotel guests
- Be proactive and anticipate the complete requirements to make the experience a success
- Communicate all important details to management and colleagues
- Provide a daily list to the Front Office Manager or Manager On Duty of transportation reservations
- Be aware of all daily events in the Hotel
Requirements
- Two years of experience within a luxury resort/hotel
- Proficiency in English, Italian and an additional language
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be professional and possess excellent presentation, communication, organization, and effective time management skills
- Flexible schedules and working hours; willingness to work weekends & holidays required.
