The Spa Concierge will be responsible for the following:
Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement
Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Departmental Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement
Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Guiding Principles and D.E.L.I.G.H.T. as part of ensuring Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement
To be responsible but not limited to booking all Spa treatments, good knowledge of products, treatments, Retail.
Greeting all guests upon their arrival, giving new guests tours of Spa Facilities and offering return guests "re-orientations"
Act as a hotel ambassador at all times.
Handling incoming and outgoing guest and spa colleague business-related emails.
Being able to handle reports and administration work
Ensuring that all guests are welcomed in a warm manner
Having an accurate knowledge of Spa Soft software
Handle opening and closing of Spa reception
To carry out any additional duties requested by management, related to hotel operational activities.
Assisting all spa and hotel colleagues where necessary
Ensuring that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa.
Will be expected to aid therapists in setting up for treatments and clearing away after.
Organize appointment scheduling to maximize use of time and profitability whilst ensuring that the guests’ needs are of first importance.
Attending all the necessary training courses, complying to all Health and Safety at work and Hygiene standards
Will perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by the HOD & Ass Spa Manager
Ensure all preferences, contact details and other relevant guest history information is entered into SpaSoft accurately.
Must attend all training courses as deemed necessary
POS sales including retail and having the knowledge of assisting the guest upon check in check out.
What we are looking for:
2 years of relevant guest services experience in a luxury 5* hotel / Spa
Greek - English communication skills both written/verbal
Good level if the English Language written and verbal
Good communication skill
Good computer skills
Able to work efficiently under pressure.
Professional attitude at all times, particularly with regard’s to punctuality and appearance
