HOUSEKEEPING - RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain rooms and common areas neat and clean
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards and schedules
Greet guests warmly; demonstrate high levels of customer service
Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
Maintain personal hygiene, cleanliness, and professional appearance while on duty
Adhere to the health and safety regulations of the hotel
