Job Summary

$300 Sign on Bonus - must meet hotel criteria - first pay out after 30 days!   

The  E xecutive Chef  has the culinary and managerial talent to lead all culinary activities in the hotel kitchen and restaurant(s), and to ensure a smooth operation from kitchen to guest. 

What you will be doing

Responsible for the kitchen operations including menu planning, provisioning, food preparation and sanitation | Supervise the culinary team to ensure a consistent and high quality product | Manage and develop the culinary team and all food related functions | Ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved | Oversee all food related areas  (banquets, room service, restaurants, bar/lounge and team member meal program).

The ideal candidate for this position

Works well under pressure | Organized, flexible, self-motivated and willing to work long hours | Ability to cultivate creativity on a daily basis | Excellent communication skills | Ability to maintain the highest culinary standards | 2-year degree from an accredited program in Culinary Arts or related field of study and a minimum 3 years experience in the culinary or food and beverage fields; OR, any equivalent combination of training and/or experience that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
