Your Opportunity:

• Manage the daily operations of the Gantry Restaurant.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experiences.
• Partner with sommelier and chef teams to produce innovative and quality offerings.
• Conduct daily taste panels and product briefing with team members to increase product knowledge.
• Represent the Gantry Restaurant at hotel communications meetings and report out on monthly results and key achievements.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute the Restaurant Marketing plan
• Continuously evaluate the restaurant positioning and recommend adjustments based on findings.
• Manage the profitability of the department through effective rostering and cost management.

Skills, Education and Experience:

• A focused and experience leader.
• Management experience in a premium dining environment.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
• A passion for dining experiences and a thirst for great wines and cocktails.
• A valid NSW RSA card.
