MEININGER Hotel Group is looking for a Junior Revenue Manager (f/m/d) responsible for 3 - 4 properties to manage pricing strategies in day-to-day yield operations for group and transient businesses to maximize profitability

YOUR TASKS
- You maximize our net room revenue, RevPAR and profit by setting and following respective strategies in order to optimize the hotels’ performance versus budgeted targets and/or their competitor set.
- You analyse daily pick-up and benchmarking and implement the pricing strategy for optimizing performance and profitability
- You provide weekly and monthly forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons
- You monitor prices and demand in order to identify high demand periods as well as the derivation of future sales promotion actions
- You optimize overall revenue and market share through the effective use of revenue management tools
- You assist by designing the long-term pricing and yielding strategies as well as overbooking strategies
- You assist by annual revenue budget and contracting process

YOUR PROFILE
- You have first experiences in Reservations, Revenue or similar position in the hospitality
- You successfully completed an education in hotel management or similar qualifications
- You have good analytical and numeric skills for fast data crunching as well as strategical thinking
- You have very good MS Office Skills especially in Excel
- You are capable to prioritize between revenue-generating actions and time-consuming tasks with low yield impact.
Ideally you have technical understanding and willingness to learn new systems
