With magnificent standalone events facilities, the hotel will also host some of the city’s grandest weddings, with a ballroom, banquet room, pavilion and banquet lawn that can host thousands of guests for multi-day celebrations.
Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Conierge, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Be responsible for the efficient handling of guests’ luggage, adhering to proper check-in and checkout procedures.
- Rostering, directing, and supervising the concierge attendants and doorman
- Check/maintain the cleanliness of ground floor lobbies and main entrances with all brand standards
- Policies, procedures, and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling guests’ luggage
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous service experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
