The ideal candidate will be committed to guest needs/necessities and care of the establishment. Responsible for the All Day Dining Restaurant set up and its operation organization according to the policy and service standards and SOP’s. Able to deliver service with a motivated passion, stylish and using best of techniques.
Qualifications:
- 2 years minimum in a similar role in a 5 * international environment
- Effective communication within the coordinating departments
- Up-selling skills training, HACCP
- Working knowledge of all forms of coffee and standard beverage recipes
- Should be able to work under pressure in a customer service environment
