THE IMPACT OF THIS ROLE
Contributes to the smooth and efficient administrative operation of the Global Revenue & Distribution office and provides administrative support to the Vice President Revenue & Distribution, Global.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support
• Ensures that management information is regularly and appropriately maintained and updated, including updates of policy, directories, and files/folders.
• Assists with communication and legal process compliance for new business distribution agreements.
• Coordinates travel and all expenses ensuring cost efficiency and compliance to operating procedures for travel and entertainment and expense management.
• Responds to general incoming sales inquiries/opportunities, VIP, and reservation requests, and facilitates any follow-up required to the field.
• Provides support for designated team members by coordinating operations issues amongst the managed properties, formulating team visit action plans and preparing management reports as necessary, escalating urgent and business critical work for immediate attention.
• Liase with the field team, and complementary corporate departments fulfilling support and general inquiries, ensuring timely communication, response, and resolution from the corporate function to the field and other corporate departments.
• Organizes and administers & follows up on meeting minutes and action items, accountability plans, vendor deliverables including opening critical paths.
• Assists in the preparation and design of presentations and data to corporate stakeholders and the field related to industry and discipline specific topics as required by regular meeting cadence and adhoc requirements
Other
• Acts as a “Brand Ambassador” always and ensures brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.
• Models the Company’s culture, vision, mission, and core values always.
• Completes ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.

CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills
• Well organized, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented and accurate
• Good command of both written and spoken English and able to communicate with external and internal guests.
• Proficiency in word processing and MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Enthusiastic and motivated disposition with a team spirit.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience
• At least 2 years of coordinator or discipline specific experience, preferably in a hospitality business or within a commercial organization.
This position is open to candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. The hourly range for this position is $31.25 - $32.69 per hour. This is the pay range for this position that the company reasonably expects to pay. This position also may be eligible for bonuses. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience, type of experience, location, and education.
