Responsabilités :

Garant de la qualité des prestations, vous coordonnez et contrôlez le travail des femmes de chambres et équipiers et vous vous assurez que chaque chambre soit préparée selon nos standards.
Vous assurez un suivi des demandes spécifiques formulées par notre clientèle ainsi que des demandes d’interventions techniques.
Vous accueillez et formez les nouveaux collaborateurs selon nos standards.
Pour la partie Lieux publics, vous vous assurez en permanence de la propreté de chaque endroit fréquenté par notre clientèle.

Qualifications et expérience :

Anglais courant
Excellente présentation
Attention du détail et aptitudes organisationnelles
Diplomatie et sens du service
Bonne communication et sens du relationnel avec le personnel
Etre debout/marcher toute la journée de façon répétitive, s’agenouiller/s’accroupir pour contrôler les différentes tâches des séquences de service
Formation Tourisme-Hôtellerie
3 ans d’expérience dans un hôtel de catégorie similaire
Bonne connaissance du système Opera

Langue requise: Français.
