We are looking for aF&B Marketing Managerbased at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a F&B Marketing Manager, we rely on you to:
- Responsible for developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing promotions and programs /activities to drive business and building brands of all the restaurants and bars
- Work closely with F&B Managers and Culinary team to identify marketing needs of our restaurants, drive top tier F&B media and industry relationships, develop strategic partnerships and create special events for impactful awareness in the local market.
- Keep abreast of industry and local market trends, PR and Social Media activity, generate ideas for marketing & PR campaigns and initiatives that will drive business goals and elevate profile of our F&B outlets
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing to build a solid content strategy and on different social media opportunities for F&B to raise the profile of all restaurants and bars
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of all partnerships to determine top-line sales impact and ROI
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of marketing programs
- Coordinate with operation team to evaluate sales performance and take appropriate action to drive the business
- Conduct market research and maintain the database to support and strengthen the restaurant / bar’s goals for analyzing consumer behaviours and giving insights to the management
We are looking for someone who has:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant disciplines
- A minimum of 4years solid experience in F&B Marketing, preferably in hospitality industry
- Proven record in handling multiple projects across industries including F&B and Luxury Retails, experience in digital marketing is an advantage
- Able to work independently, multi-tasking, self-driven and result-oriented
- A good team player with creative, detail-mind and analytical mindset
- Proficient in computer applications
- Excellent command in both verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
