Sweet Inn is looking for a proactive Guest Relations Specialist
Location: based & resident in the city of Milan
Position Summary:
- Follow operational procedures of check in and check out
- Ensure proper guest requests are executed;
- Prepare and inspect apartment for guests and/or property tours
- Maintain a diligent vigilance of activity in the lobby, constantly looking for ways to assist guests or lobby staff
- Have understanding of apartment functionality

À propos de vous
-Passion for hospitality and working with people
-A minimum of 1 year as guest relations in the serviced apartments and/ or hospitality industry
recently graduated person
-Multi-tasking and strong time management skills
-Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills in Italian and English - third language is a plus but not necessary
-Strong will to achieve results with minimal supervision
-Calm, efficient, and organised with great attention to detail
-Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
-A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service
-Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a VIP Guest
-Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
-being based in Milan
- Langues requises: Italien et Anglais. Français est un plus
