As a MICE Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for responding to the incoming demand regarding groups, meetings and events according to the company procedures and the client’s needs and wishes.

You are the connection between the department of sales, revenue and the MICE Hotel Planners of each hotel. You assist your colleagues with individual reservations and sales activities (visits, fairs, evening events …) are also part of your tasks.

Pré-requis

You are flexible, multi-skilled, result-oriented and willing to work in a multicultural environment. You are enthusiast and have experience in the hotel or meeting industry. You are at ease when communicating with colleagues or customers. You have good time management skills, ability to provide solutions and handle stress.



You are native Dutch speaking and have a good knowledge of English (both written and oral).
