Aqui, será um(a) facilitador(a) de experiências luxuosas, recebendo e acompanhando os hóspedes desde o check-in até ao check-out, apresentando a vasta gama de serviços diferenciadores do nosso resort. A sua energia e simpatia serão essenciais para criar um ambiente acolhedor e inesquecível.

Procuramos alguém com forte paixão pela hospitalidade de luxo e experiência em hotéis de 5 estrelas. A fluência em inglês e alemão, além de conhecimentos no software “Opera”, são fundamentais para o sucesso nesta função.
Responsabilidades:
- Garantir uma experiência excecional aos hóspedes através de aconselhamento e apoio;
- Preparar as chegadas do dia e atender chamadas telefónicas;
- Controlar chaves mestras, viaturas e cofres;
- Executar check-in e check-out, e elaborar listas de controlo;
- Gerir documentos e preparar a folha informativa diária dos restaurantes;
- Fechar caixa e elaborar estatísticas de alojamento.
