As an intern in our Sales and Groups Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of sales strategies, market analysis, client relations, and group business management. Your responsibilities will include:

Vila Vita Parc Branding and Commitment:

  •       Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to the values and mission of Vila Vita Parc, contributing to the preservation and strengthening of the brand's reputation and identity in all areas of operation.
  •       Represent and promote the Vila Vita Parc brand in all interactions and activities, ensuring that our standards of quality and excellence associated with our resort are maintained and reinforced.

Market Analysis and Research:

  •       Conducting market studies and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential target markets;
  •       Assisting in the development and analysis of marketing plans to enhance the resort's visibility and attract target clientele;

Sales Support:

  •       Handling sales inquiries and transactions via telephone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and efficiency;
  •       Assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy;

Client Relations:

  •       Building and maintaining relationships with clients through tours, visits, and presentations to showcase the resort's offerings and facilities;
  •       Providing personalized recommendations and support to clients to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to booking;

Group Business Management:

  •       Assisting in the coordination and follow-up of future group bookings, ensuring efficient communication and satisfaction of group requirements;
  •       Updating and managing contact databases, including tour operators' files and archives, to streamline communication and information retrieval;

Administrative Support:

  •       Assisting in the planning of business trips for the sales team and other department members;
  •       Providing support to all members of the department and assisting in the overall operation of sales and groups management;

Personal Competencies:

  •       Respect the rules of the establishment regarding personal appearance, hygiene, and the working environment;
  •       Be flexible and autonomous in your role, capable of adapting to changing circumstances and taking initiative when needed;
  •       Manage stress effectively, maintaining composure and professionalism even during busy or challenging times;
  •       Accept criticism graciously and use it as an opportunity for growth and improvement;
  •       Integrate seamlessly into the team dynamic, contributing positively to its energy and camaraderie;
  •       Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, ensuring clear and courteous interactions at all times.
