As Chef de Partie – Arabic Specialty, you will:
- Masterfully prepare and present traditional Arabic dishes, upholding the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and culinary team to craft menus that reflect a true taste of Arabic heritage.
- Maintain an organized and hygienic workspace, ensuring food safety and quality at all times.
- Contribute to all aspects of kitchen operations, including mise en place, cooking, plating, and inventory management.
- Partner with other departments to create exceptional, seamless dining experiences for our guests.
- Embrace opportunities for growth, continually enhancing your skills in Arabic and international cuisines.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen, specializing in Arabic cuisine or similar.
- Strong culinary expertise with a passion for crafting authentic and flavorful Arabic dishes.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic kitchen, with a keen eye for detail and precision in every dish.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
