As our Bakery Demi Chef de Partie, you will:

• Demonstrate your expertise in baking, focusing on a range of bread, pastries, and desserts that showcase precision and creativity.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of exquisite baked goods, ensuring consistency in flavor, texture, and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with the pastry team and Executive Chef to develop innovative bakery menus that highlight seasonal ingredients, culinary trends, and guest preferences.
• Support the bakery staff in baking techniques, pastry decoration, and dessert preparation to maintain the quality and creativity of the resort’s baked goods.
• Contribute to the management of production schedules, inventory levels, and cost control measures to optimize bakery operations and deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
• Stay abreast of baking trends, techniques, and ingredients, continuously seeking opportunities for culinary innovation and creativity in the realm of baked goods.



Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in baking and pastry arts, with a focus on bread, pastries, and desserts.
• Proficiency in a variety of baking techniques, pastry decoration, and dessert creation.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality baked goods.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• A genuine love for baking, a commitment to excellence, and a dedication to creating memorable culinary experiences.
