As our Demi Chef de Partie Thai Specialist, you will:
• Showcase your expertise in Thai cuisine, specializing in traditional dishes, aromatic herbs, and bold flavors that define the essence of Thai cooking.
• Assist in kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of authentic Thai dishes, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, flavor, and presentation.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to develop innovative Thai menus that highlight regional specialties and showcase the diversity and complexity of Thai flavors.
• Support the training and development of culinary staff in Thai cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and traditional recipes to uphold the authenticity and excellence of Thai cuisine.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, monitoring food costs, and optimizing kitchen performance to deliver exceptional Thai dining experiences.
• Stay informed about Thai culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques, continuously seeking opportunities for culinary innovation and creativity in Thai cuisine.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 3-5 years of culinary experience, with a focus on Thai cuisine and at least 1-2 years in a similar role as a Demi Chef de Partie.
• Proficiency in a variety of Thai cooking techniques, regional cuisines, and spice combinations.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for Thai cuisine, a commitment to authenticity, and a dedication to delivering exceptional Thai culinary experiences.
