As our Demi Chef de Partie Pastry, you will:

• Create and execute a delectable array of pastries, desserts, and sweet treats that showcase your expertise in pastry techniques, flavor combinations, and artistic presentation.
• Assist in the development of dessert menus, seasonal specials, and themed pastry offerings that enchant guests and leave a lasting impression.
• Collaborate with the pastry team to ensure the highest standards of quality, taste, and visual appeal in all pastry creations.
• Support the Pastry Chef in kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, baking, decorating, and inventory management, to deliver exceptional dessert experiences to our guests.
• Embrace creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas and a passion for pastry to every dessert creation.



Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pastry arts, with a focus on creating desserts in a professional kitchen environment.
• Proficiency in pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert decoration.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a flair for artistic presentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for pastry and a commitment to culinary excellence.
