Are you a skilled culinary professional with a flair for authentic Thai flavors? Do you thrive in a dynamic kitchen and have a passion for bringing the tastes of Thailand to life? Join our renowned resort’s culinary team, where each dish is crafted with precision, creativity, and respect for tradition.
As our Demi Chef de Partie – Thai Specialty, you will:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of authentic Thai dishes, ensuring exceptional taste and presentation.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and team to develop innovative Thai menus that showcase fresh ingredients and traditional techniques.
- Maintain an organized and spotless workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support all aspects of kitchen operations, including mise en place, cooking, plating, and ingredient management.
- Collaborate with other departments to create seamless, memorable dining experiences for our guests.
- Embrace continuous learning and growth, expanding your expertise in Thai cuisine and culinary excellence.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of culinary experience, with a focus on Thai cuisine and at least 1-2 years in a similar role as a Demi Chef de Partie.
- Proficiency in a range of Thai cooking techniques, including skillful use of spices, herbs, and traditional Thai ingredients.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- A deep passion for Thai cuisine, commitment to authenticity, and dedication to delivering an exceptional Thai culinary experience.
