Are you a culinary virtuoso with a passion for creating innovative and visually stunning dishes? Do you possess the skills to master the art of Teppanyaki and Sushi, blending tradition with contemporary flair? If so, we invite you to showcase your talent at our prestigious resort, where culinary excellence meets luxury and every dish is a masterpiece.

As our Sous Chef, you will:

  • Showcase your expertise in both traditional and modern Teppanyaki and Sushi techniques, creating unique and unforgettable dining experiences.
  • Develop innovative and seasonally inspired menus that push the boundaries of Japanese cuisine while honouring its rich traditions.
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals to deliver flawless execution and exceptional presentation of Teppanyaki and Sushi dishes.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are maintained at all times.
  • Collaborate with other culinary departments to create cohesive and memorable dining experiences for our guests.
  • Stay abreast of culinary trends and techniques, continuously seeking opportunities for culinary innovation and creativity.



Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of professional culinary experience, with at least 3 years specializing in Teppanyaki and Sushi preparation.
  • Mastery of traditional and modern Teppanyaki and Sushi techniques, with a flair for creativity and innovation.
  • A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts from a recognized institution.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • A passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
