*Rechnungserstellung, Reisekostenabrechnung, sowie Debitoren- und Kreditorenmanagement (Mahnlisten, Kontrolle)
*Vorkontierung der Eingangsrechnungen und Rechnungsprüfung, insbesondere Reisekostenabrechnungen
*Kreditkartenverwaltung und -Abrechnung
*Fertigstellung der erforderlichen Unterlagen für Monatsabschluss und Jahresabschluss
*Vorprüfung von Investitionsanträgen
*Vertragskontrolle und Vertragsverwaltung
*Administrative Schnittstelle zwischen Headoffice Mitarbeitern und Fibu

*Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzbuchhaltung und Sachbearbeitung
*Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
*sehr guter Umgang mit allen MS Office Anwendungen
*Selbständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise
*Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und gepflegtes Auftreten
sehr gute Deutsch – und Englischkenntnisse
*Mut Entscheidungen zu treffen und Offenheit, wenn‘s mal nicht die Richtige war
