The 25hours concept arrives in Florence: a new hotel, a new lifestyle idea and a new restaurant. From lunch, to aperitivo and dinner, we are going to welcome both the hotel guests and people who live the city in searching of something new.

Together with your colleagues, you’ll be responsible for creating the best dishes in town. It’s the job of the kitchen team to create an unforgettable, enjoyable food experience, and we’re looking forward to welcoming you as Sous Chef

In this way, you’ll be making our hotel something special ...
As part of your job you’ll ensure that processes are flexible, the kitchen is clean and the team members work hand in hand – even if the receipt list is sometimes longer
You represent the executive chef and support him in quality control, staff management, purchasing and inventory
You’ll be committed to the high standards of our food, and make sure our chefs, apprentices and trainees are committed to this goal as well
As a trained caterer, you’ll also be taking up the ladle yourself over and over again
