  • The ideal Pastry Commis Chef will take pride working in Wolfgang Puck’s first restaurant in Europe, a modern American steak fine dining restaurant
  • Your help will be crucial in creating delectable pastries and deserts, all home-made
  • As a Pastry Commis Chef you will also be responsible to ensure that daily food preparations meet outlined recipes including portion size, quantity and quality
  • We require our Pastry Commis Chef to be self-motivated and to maintain food quality control, as well as maintain proper food rotation, which will eliminate spoilage and waste

  • Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant is desired 
  • Passion for providing high quality food and dining to guests

Throughout the hotel, luxurious and contemporary interiors by New York based designer, Thierry Despont, provide a club-like feel.
