Do you have great network skills? Then the Sales M&E team might be looking for you!

We are looking for someone to join our Sales, Meeting & Events Northern Europe team in the Netherlands

Have you ever wanted to (co) organize events, optimize sales processes, and work in an environmentally conscious working space?

The Sales M&E team is looking for an initiative-rich, social and enthusiastic student who dares to take responsibility. Important is that you are real team player with good communication skills but also someone who can work independently.

A small selection of activities that are part of the internship are:

  • Assisting the key account manager with planning, preparing, attending and following up on clients appointments
  • You help coordinate and organize national and international trade fairs and / or sales missions and you ensure professional follow-up.
  • You are busy drafting, checking, processing and communicating contracts and you keep the database up-to-date.

Examples of (possible) project-based activities:

  • Setting up and developing a manual with manuals and procedures
  • Coordinate and (co) organize customer events
  • Benchmarks between AccorHotels and competition
  • The actual assignment (if applicable) will be further agreed with you at the moment that you have started your internship.
  • Supporting the audits for the strategic partners (checking and analysing data, making invoices
  • Supporting the M&L team in gaining information from partners about the management

Wo are we looking for?

  • You are a HBO bachelor student, preferbally in Hotel Management, Sales, Commercial Economics, IBMS, or Business Administration.
  • You are creative
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You dare to take initiative
  • You are organized
  • You master the Dutch and English language

The internship involves a minimum period of 6 months (preferably longer). Your location is the Accor Hotels Support Office Nederland at Schiphol.
