Reports and follow-up on repair and maintenance work.
Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the hotel''s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Good organization and coordination skills, able to follow through.
Well developed computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Office and email.
Able to utilize various office machines, ie calculator, facsimile, photocopy machine.
Preferable knowledge of Travel/Hotel Industry.
