You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation''s Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owener expectations to ensure the smooth and running of Human Resources Division.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager in larger operation. Good presentation, asministrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Outstanding department training management skills.
